In response to the growing importance of customer feedback, Company 'X' initiated a comprehensive Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty. To amplify the impact of the survey results, I was tasked with a small project in designing a set of visually engaging infographics that not only present countrywide findings but also delve into geo-specific insights of the company.
