Project Overview
This project was a response to a commitment by company 'X's leadership team to foster a more positive and thriving internal work environment. The displayed information for these graphics were conducted via an internal anonymous survey. As the project lead, I undertook the responsibility of orchestrating the survey and  gathering the responses. The subsequent phase involved crafting a series of visually engaging infographics, categorised to reflect key aspects of the business.

This survey is a recurring biannual initiative, offering a dynamic snapshot of the evolving sentiments within the company over the past couple of years.
The following infographics provide a visual journey through the latest findings, illustrating the ongoing commitment to transparency, communication, and continual improvement in our workplace culture.

Due to the nature of the content, the company name and parts of the questions have been redacted for privacy reasons.

These infographics serve as a transparent and insightful medium, conveying the leadership team's findings from the survey. By delving into various categories, my aim was to provide a holistic view of the internal sentiments and concerns of the employees. The ultimate goal is to not only communicate the results but to outline the leadership team's action plan and to enhance the everyday experience at the company.

One distinctive feature of these infographics is the focus on individual perspectives, showcasing a specific spread of results per person. This emphasis not only adds a personal touch but also highlights the unique nuances that contribute to the overall workplace dynamics. The leadership team wanted everyone to feel like they were being heard, not just the majority / loudest voices.
